Copernicus Pro Portfolio Management provides an overview of all projects in an organisation. You can choose to see all projects, a particular portfolio, or generate a new list of projects.
Project overviews are available as:
- Status Reports
- General Schedule
- The Pipe-Line.
Status Reports allow you to create reports focusing on the specific criteria important to your business. You can choose from a broad selection of parameters, from time status, expenses, quality and resources, to project risk assessment, odds of success and market value, and display the result as traffic signals, numbers or text. |
The General Schedule shows the timing of projects in relation to each other, allowing you to easily assess whether you have planned too many concurrent projects and therefore need to prioritise more important projects. Each project is presented according to its progress in line with your project model.
The Pipe-Line provides an outline of incoming projects and those that are being phased out. Using this graphical presentation you can ensure that your deliveries have continuity.
Our flexible Portfolio Management tool is based on your organisation’s project model, giving you total control over the number of phases and decisions.
You determine whether decision points are controlled by start of phase or end of phase, whether they are to be a transition between two phases or in the middle of a phase. And decision levels can be created to reflect those made by the project steering group as well as those made within the project.
