Time Reporting
Copernicus Pro Time Reporting is a user-friendly aid for the collection of time data in the organisation.
It provides several time report formats to enable the most effective time reporting possible, and includes an interface for importing time from other time management systems.
Prompts and other instructions provided during use making it easy for users to learn how to use Copernicus Pro Time Reporting effectively. Built-in checks when time is registered avoid the need for corrections and revisions. The time report also contains a calendar to manage the resource’s work time, and – in cases of full time reporting – reported deviations are integrated in a simple manner with the company’s payroll system. Copernicus Pro Time Reporting is delivered with built-in workflow and powerful authorisation functions for both line managers and project managers, as well as information on resources such as “My time”, “My projects” and “My planning”.

Travel claims
Copernicus Pro Travel Claims is a self-teaching, user-friendly tool for registering travel allowances, costs and outlays, with a built-in control function. Registered data is coded according to project or cost, and stored directly in the project and general ledgers. With Copernicus Pro Travel Claims it is simple to integrate travel claims with the company’s payroll system, so time reports and travel claims are registered only once, and in the same place.
Outlays and Materials
Copernicus Pro can also manage outlays – supplier invoices, bookkeeping orders etc – and materials.
By integrating Copernicus Pro with your financial system, outlays, generally listed as project expenses, can be transferred to Copernicus Pro ensuring complete project follow-up. Alternatively, outlays can be registered directly into Copernicus Pro.
Materials entered into a project can be registered directly into Copernicus Pro Material Report or can be imported from an external system.
